Urbana Corporate Center was designed and developed with redundant power supply using distribution feeds from two separate substations for increased uptime reliability, multiple fiber provider availability and ample water and sewer service to support scaled industrial requirements.
Kite Pharma, a division of Gilead Sciences, chose a Natelli Communities development for its new 280,000 SF east coast manufacturing facility. Working in coordination with prime contractor Coakley Williams, this state-of-the-art facility was delivered in 2022. Kite Pharma announced plans in the fall of 2022 to expand its relationship with Natelli by adding another facility at this location.
The US headquarters of Legal & General Insurance, developed by Natelli Communities, is home to approximately 600 US based employees for the company.
The Natelli Family YMCA was constructed on property donated by the Natelli Family in the Urbana region. The 62,000 Square Foot facility opened in 2021 and includes a wide range of programs benefitting the residents of southern Frederick, Maryland.
