February 1, 2024 – The Grand Opening of the second Goddard School at Villages of Urbana marks the third collaboration between Natelli Communities and John and Jill Pelicano to deliver well-established early childhood education programs in Frederick, Maryland.

The newly constructed facility, located in Stone Barn Village adjacent to Sugarloaf Elementary School, is operated by John and Jill Pelicano. The Pelicano family also operates two successful Goddard Schools in partnership with Natelli Communities – one in Villages of Urbana next door to Centerville Elementary School and another in New Market at Lake Linganore.
